Green in Spring

Gucci's spring-summer collection this year is absolutely heavenly... gorgeous colours and lines. Perhaps I've fallen for it because there are so many items that would go with my jewellery - like this,  my favourite pair of pendant earrings for the summer...

These are faceted heart briolettes of Chalcedony suspended from 14K Gold-fill hammered hoops, connected to 14K Gold-fill earwires via faceted rondelles of slightly darker Chalcedony. Available to order.

Peacock Feather Earrings

I couldn't resist these beautiful peacock feathers when I visited a supplier recently, I find the colours absolutely mesmerising - but very difficult to capture with my camera because of the shimmering effect which makes them so appealing to the eye..

In this pair I have teamed them with both faceted rondelles and faceted kite briolettes of Apatite in shades of aqua blues and green. These are suspended from Sterling Silver hooks

*this is a completely new material for me,  I love the gunmetal colour and I plan to use it in some of the new designs that I am preparing.

**Oxidised Sterling Silver is treated in a chemical bath to blacken it to a gunmetal shade of grey. It is then thorougly cleaned for use.
