Something New & Something New

Here is a photo of a beautifully intricate bracelet given to me by a friend for my birthday last weekend - one of many lovely presents I received :)

It is made of tiny glass seed beads woven into a cuff-shaped bracelet with a gorgeous little round button-closure and it comes all the way from South Africa. I have teamed it with a slim bracelet from my own autumn collection featuring small faceted Turquoise rondelles with a 14K Gold-Fill lobster clasp.

I shall wear these together to brighten up a grey autumn day.

Trunk Show in Paris

I am planning my first trunk show abroad with two lovely friends in Paris... and I am so excited! More details to follow, and 1 or more trunk shows also coming up in London before Christmas.

Citrine Princess

These faceted ovals of Citrine are so clear and luminous that I decided to thread them on a very simple gold-coloured wire in order to let them grab all the attention. They are interspaced with textured Gold-Vermeil beads and the fastening is a Gold-Vermeil shepherd's hook clasp.

This is a 'princess length' necklace, which rests neatly on the collarbone at the front.

Price: £76.

Lapis Lazuli

I have a strong penchant for heavy gemstone necklaces that sit on the collarbone, close to the neck. I like a necklace to gently hug me...
this necklace features smooth round beads of indigo-blue Lapis Lazuli with inclusions of bronze-coloured Pyrite. Each Lapis bead is given a bit of space to breathe with a tiny 14K Gold-Fill bead and the clasp is a 14K Gold-Fill lobster.

Price: £96.

* baroque pearls are not perfect spherical rounds, instead they are charmingly uneven. It is this wonkiness that makes them so appealing, I think..
